We offer the rental of hydrofoils for kitesurfers, wingfoilers and windsurfers. Especially on days when the wind is not strong enough, you can go in the water with 8 knots and not too big gear, for this, you need to know how to foil before you rent the gear… Our bay is not dependent on the tides and therefore you can spend the whole day in the water. Kitesurfing in Fuerteventura means kiting all year around in nice temperatures. In winter, however, is a bit fresher, so bring a thicker wetsuit with you (3/2mm). You can use the rental service if you can ride upwind. If the conditions are not good enough for courses or rental due to high waves and onshore winds at Matas Blancas beach, we can go to the lagoon which is situated a little further south. There is a shallow water area that is sailable every 2 weeks with high tide. In winter, sometimes we have south or east winds, which can lead to increased wave formation. Do you want to come along and use your rented equipment there? No problem, if you already know how to ride upwind. Our kite instructor will organize and pack your equipment then we will meet at a pre-arranged time that will depend on the wind conditions and the high tide. We will need to know your height, weight, and age so we can arrange the perfect gear for you. The rental price is made up as follows: Regular rental price plus a supervision fee of 20 euros. You are welcome to pay the rental fee by card directly at our station or by bank transfer or give it to the instructor in cash.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of private equipment in rescue situations.
